Shipping & Handling

Vintage Factory will ship your order within 5-10 business days of order placement. Vintage Factory does not guarantee shipping times. If you want to be able to track your package, please choose a shipping option that provides a tracking number as Vintage Factory does not provide tracking for packages. Vintage Factory does not insure your packages. If you want your package to be insured, please choose a shipping option that provides that for you. Vintage Factory is NOT liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products, no refunds will be issued for these liabilities. If you have a shipping & handling issue with your package, you will need to contact the shipping provider. 

 

 

Returns

All sales are FINAL due to the nature of the product. Vintage Factory does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Products are print on demand. If an item is ordered incorrectly due to size, incorrect item, quantity, or color, you will have to purchase the intended item again.

Lost or Stolen Orders/Packages

Vintage Factory is not liable for lost orders/packages. Vintage Factory is not liable for stolen orders/packages. Please contact the shipping provider.

Vintage Factory is not liable for damaged orders/packages due to shipping & handling, or weather. Please contact the shipping provider.

Incorrect Orders

If your order is incorrect, please contact us at swsteger@gmail.com . Please provide your full name, contact information, order number, and what in your order was incorrect so we can fix your order as soon as possible.
